The SIOM is a new PCI Express modular form factor defined for Servers & Workstations. Its ease-of-use packaging and integrated features provide benefits to many customers and system integrators (OEM, IHV, VAR, and End-users). The SIOM enables and promotes fundamental improvements in the way Servers & Workstations are built and serviced.
